                             ACT I:  HEALTH CARE, or: WINNING'S EASY, GOVERNING'S HARDER

OBAMA:  Winning was easy, old man.  Governing's harder.
                 They don't have a plan, they just hate mine!

OBAMA: History has its eyes on you,

CONGRESS (To RYAN): You don't have the votes, you don't have the votes,
                                       You're gonna need congressional approval
                                       And you don't have the votes!

OBAMA:  See, that's what happens when you up against the ruffians
                You in the sh*t now, someone gotta shovel it!

RYAN (To TRUMP, pleading):  When you got skin in the game, you stay in the game!

TRUMP (To RYAN): Sh-Boom! Goes the cannon,
                                Watch the sh*t spray, we're abandonin'

RYAN (To CONGRESS): Retreat!
